The Organization for Immigrant Support and Economic Reintegration (OISER) is a fully Canadian registered Not-for-Profit organization.
The focus is on empowering immigrants in Canada by providing the requisite resources, training, and opportunities needed for successful economic integration.
Our commitment is to unlock opportunities for immigrants within the value chains in Real Estate, Construction, and Agriculture. We have identified the gaps and are set to create access points across these industries, we provide the platforms for training and the support needed for immigrants to build meaningful careers and actively contribute to the Canadian economy and the communities in which they settle

OISER’s approach is centered on addressing the economic challenges faced by immigrants, offering industry-specific training programs, entrepreneurial support, job placement services, and community resources that promote long-term integration, retention and success stories.

Canada’s agriculture sector faces chronic labor shortages: over 28,000 jobs went unfilled in 2022, and the Canadian Agricultural Human Resource Council forecasts 100,000 vacant roles by 2030.
